First of all, what the fuck is the cancer that is that web site.

And secondly, I find it hilarious.

If people think auto erotic asphyxiation is a rush, squeezing down on an unstable artillery shell has got to be next level.

    It’s like buttplug roulette.

The Daily Mail is an absolute garbage dump of a newspaper. But sometimes it brings unintentionally funny.

Tuesday night was my first night using a cpap. Went so much better than I anticipated. Slept better than I have for years. Still had about 14 apnea events which is significantly down. My Apple watch shows I was only awake for 5 minutes and that was likely when I had to get up to use the bathroom at 4am. I really thought it would be hard wearing the nose mask, but really only problem had I was the first couple minutes seems a bit heavy on the pressure, but the feeling did go away.

Now how many more days until I feel like I slept all night? Woke up still fucking tired.

I found it took about a week of good sleep to wake up feeling refreshed.
