    In his defense, Florida HAS played in the last three consecutive Stanley Cup Finals, winning the previous two. Can't exactly say they didn't earn it. Maybe if Canadia actually remembered how to win a sport they invented, you could get a marquee game back in your country.

    @Kubla Kahn can be greatly relieved... back in October I initiated the conversion process from Binary's Partner to Binary's Wife. Estimated completion date is later this year.

    Family and friends have mostly been told now, we chose to keep it a secret until we could tell everyone in person. Proposed on a hike that overlooked another area we hiked on our 10th anniversary.

    We had dinner on NYE with our new neighbors whose kids are bff with ours. It was fancy and fun.

    I thought 2025 was ok overall, but I must block out negative memories. I've been in this mood to clean and purge lately and found a lot of urgent care, ER, and office visit summaries to shred. Shit. Actually this year was pretty rough but I cope hard by not dwelling on the bad stuff, so yay me.
