After the tree fell in the pool, we lost internet until just a little bit ago. Tried calling some tree removal places but either they're booked out or trying to rape you with quotes in the thousands. So me and a friend handled it ourselves. Trying to trim the branches off and not let them fall in the pool sucked. Moving that big bastard over to the edge sucked. Scooping broken branches out of the pool sucked. Doing it all in the rain really sucked.

He could've left the tree and called it a Vegetative Feature.

Looks like the tree damaged your gutter on its way down. I hope there was no further damage to the home. I got out of the storm pretty good. Lucky for me the dogs have already destroyed the back yard.

Ripped a screen door, damaged the gutter and cracked a good chunk off the edge of the pool (You can see it in photo 22) Debating if I want to turn it into insurance. I've never done a home claim before. Don't want my rates to skyrocket for a few grand in damage.

For a small fee I could make sure there's enough damage to make an insurance claim worth your while.
