    Oh, fuck off. The first movie was actually terrible, not scary and barely made it’s money back.

    It’s not like there aren’t original stories to make movies off of out there. It’s astonishing how lazy writers are now, a job that REQUIRES you be a lazy fuck to begin with.

    Fair enough.

    I'm they wanted an homage type thing for the sequel, but
    A) they couldn't have the female pilot playing "skins"
    B) for film, a group activity like that is an easier way to have her participate, instead of a 5'4" girl trying to spike a volleyball. (Although, that's about Tom Cruise's height, lol)

    I have no doubt there was a huge discussion around beach volleyball shorts and a crop top reaching up for a football pass.

    From a purely aesthetic and photographic perspective, of course.

    Because at least one of those shadows is a chick.

    This trailer and the Top Gun: Maverick trailer both ran ahead of Unbearable Weight and they look great on the big screen. Can't wait for both!
