We’ve had a new dog since Christmas, but not by choice. My father-in-law is too ill to look after his dog, which he was never healthy enough to own in the first place, so now our chill Basset Hound house is home to Buddy the Springer spaniel— a psycho who eats socks, runs head-first into chainlink fences at full speed and has a daily 5am wake-up call. Our hound dog Hank still misses his sister and doesn’t care for this loveable spaz at all.
Feed Buddy some garlic and bacon, Hank can have a tasty breakfast and sort out the hyper psycho all in one go
Haha eat fucking shit Duke. The fact that their second choke was at the hands of my team is incredible.
It is so fun and easy to watch them lose, they are such an unlikeable school. That final shot was amazing.
Yesterday, I discovered this power strip on my wife's side of the bed, with other things still plugged in looking like this: Me: what shorted out and why are you still using it? Wife: I think our youngest spilt water on it and the other plugs were still working, what's the problem? Me: (⊙_⊙')
Congrats! I am a Duke fan because I'm from NC and that is the team I assigned myself when I was 5 years old.
It was mentioned in a rep I got that cleaning out the garage is “exhilarating.” I can’t disagree, but holy shit is it exhausting. The piles of stuff that I’ve pulled out completely go against my need for a neat, tidy yard ( though I guess with the inordinate amount of shitholes up the road no one will notice. ) the mess will be largely gone when the dumpster arrives and then all that’ll be left is a lot of scrap metal that goes to the first person who claims it. The amount of shit I’ve hoarded over the past 25 years is just and it feels good to get rid of a lot of it. The basement is on the agenda as well but there’s not nearly as much down there. Our sons have already been told I have a fresh box of contractor grade garbage bags and I expect them to be used in their bedrooms.
