My glory, Spring has sprung. Winter basically missed us and everything has just burst. I went outdoors with a group yesterday, and it was warm. The children were complaining that it was hot! I've heard that the southwest is experiencing a heat wave. It's March, y'all. I am a'fearful for summer. I have designated today as Spring Cleaning weekend. I am cleaning all the carpets, power washing the bedroom rugs, and washing or freshening up all the extra bedroom stuff like curtains and mattresses. Well, I'm here to tell you that I started this thread Saturday with high hopes. I got my living room cleaned before the machine sterted smelling like burnt rubber and belching black soot onto the carpet. So that room is really clean except the black shit marks. Now I am at Chuck. E. Cheese. Someone get me an ice pick, I need an emergency lobotomy. At least the guy next to me does. I'm watching my child jump in their $11 jumparea bracelet next to the jump attendant and he appears to be actively praying for death to take him. Happy weekend, happy spring.
