What GTE said. The Tule Fog here will keep the temperature at 42 degrees and it does not matter the time of day. It is also at 100 percent humidity. You walk out the door and it is like walking into a 42 degree lake and there is no escape. I think the 21 degrees if the sun is shining might actually feel nicer. At least you get to see the sun.
