+40C yesterday and similar again today. What's this -20C stuff? I suppose you've got that white shit all over the place as well
Can anybody explain why a girl who gets fucked on film for a living attends a college championship football game and it’s “breaking the internet”?
Key name: “Abella Danger”. Social media is acting like this porn star appearing at a football game this huge deal for some reason. Obviously she’s playing the long game to become a reporter for the New York Jets, we’ve seen this before. .
They're talking about it because they're being pissy little bitches about the Pats on the verge of another championship. Joe Buck can go rub his dick with sandpaper and suck a bum's ass.
The most insane fact I've learned recently is that Jenn Sterger and Brett Favre have never met. Ever. Not before the text messages, not during, not after.
Finally decided to do something about my sleep issues. Had an at home sleep study done in early January. Got the full results yesterday. Not sure I should be impressed or scared. I had 272 apnea events in the 6.5 hours I was connected to the machine. The longest I stopped breathing was 75 seconds. I am not sure while awake I could hold my breath that long. The lowest my oxygen level got was 72%. I snore A LOT. My AHI score is 43.8 which is considered severe but even worse depending on how I was laying. On my back, 52.7, left side 15.4 (note to self, sleep on this side), right side 61.9. Next step is to hopefully have another study done with an actual CPAP machine but that is up to insurance apparently not the doctor. If insurance denies that, I don't know the next steps, but it is apparentl to me that sleeping me wants to off myself.
Sleep Apnea 2026! And here I thought we got it all out of the way last year. CPAP is Life, my friend!
Yup, we discussed this extensively last year. I was experiencing 35-40 events per hour. The CPAP was a game changer.
My husband had a sleep study done because he was having a lot of fatigue. His AHI was nothing - like 0.4. I was feeling run down so I had some labs checked, all perfectly normal. Turns out we just have 2 little kids who don't sleep so we're tired all the time. It's not like I WANTED anything to be wrong, but then there at least would have been something to fix. Womp womp!
Should get a CPAP anyway... the white noise helps drown out the crying kids and puts you to sleep. You're welcome.
