Just finished it while cooking all day. I enjoyed it. Especially the season recap at the end helped rationalize what they did
I enjoyed it. I didn't like it as much as the first season just something was off. And most of it looked like horrible green screen to me.
I liked the first season. I liked the second season. I remember very little of the third season which suggests I didn't enjoy it that much. It just took me two days to finish watching the first episode of the 4th season and I remember almost nothing about it despite finishing the episode less than 24 hours ago. I can't imagine that's a good sign.
I piled through the 4th season because I decided it was probably the acid test for whether I'd actually ever watch the series again. I mostly watched while other things were happening. It was terrible. Just... honestly, terrible. Don't bother. Stop watching the show, enjoy the memory of the first couple of seasons. Geralt doesn't even seem to be the main character anymore, the too-infrequent monster battles are overall bad, and all of the side characters (who have basically taken over the show) are breathy over-acted silliness with various plot armor.
Agreed. One episode consisted of a series of musical numbers/animated sequences/vignettes that were completely ridiculous. I stopped watching halfway through the second to last episode. I won’t bother watching future seasons if those are even released.
