    I’m relieved to hear this will be an all-original story. There will be no “comic spoilers” in this film. It’s also the last film for the first generation of the MCU: Downey, Evans and Hemsworth are done after this.

    Why does it need a sequel? It’s now a classic comedy. It has classic lines. Classic scenes. Eddie and Arsenio were hilarious and brilliant playing multiple roles. It ended perfect. I must have watched it fifty times as a kid.

    A good movie is a good movie. You can make a long-awaited sequel and it can be good. We’ll see. But despite it being a great hit, I don’t remember anyone wanting a Coming To America sequel. Nutty Professor, yes. It was guaranteed.
