    Tough argument to make there. It says excluding Indians not taxed. Illegals are not taxed and if you apply the Elizabeth Warren calculation, very few will qualify.

    Indians not taxed means members of tribes that are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, meaning those who live under tribal law instead of under the law of a US State or Territory. This section was rendered moot in 1924 when all Indians born inside US territory were declared citizens. In either case, immigrants of any kind are certainly subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and therefore the phrase would never apply to them.

    That's not collusion, and every politician would do that. Maybe minus the part where they immediately pass it on to the FBI.

    Really though, I don't get why people are going on about this. Do you actually expect Mueller to come out with a different report or something? Sorry, but the collusion scandal is dead.

    Fair enough, but I still don't think it's illegal to just ask the question. Constitutionality aside do you think counting non-citizens is reasonable though?

    When Trump gives a hypothetical answer it’s proof of collusion. If the Hillary’s campaign paid for the Steele dossier from a foreign intelligence asset with shady Russian sources it’s legitimate opposition research. It’s why a give the “his campaign was open to colluding “ argument no never mind.

    The media reaction has been so fucking nutty. As someome who does want Trump to lose in 2020 the eagerness to bring up Kavanaugh and collusion like it makes republicans look bad kind of worries me.
