I like how he thinks a Canadian ad campaign is going to sway SCOTUS. In reality SCOTUS knows his tariffs are wildly illegal, and it's only their fear of what a clusterfuck trying to return billions of dollars of taxes is going to be, especially when those taxes have already been passed on to consumers through higher prices, that's keeping them from ruling against Trump already.
