    I don't think he's going to move that fast. I think it'll start with the research cuts to mRNA vaccines, which he's already done. Then this upcoming flu season he's going to refuse approval for a new COVID vaccine, based on aforementioned animus to mRNA. Over time he'll whittle down the recommended vaccine schedule for children.

    As for autism, my money is that he blames "environmental" factors and then tries to leverage it to go after his bugbears of seed oils, fluoride, and various food preservatives and dyes.
