SS and some other alphabetized folks did some work on the shooters internet presence and the media narrative in order to make this attempt a non-issue for the election. The conspiracy theories run rampant when you have any attempt on the presidents life, going back, and their unspoken policy is to classify as many details as possible to avoid politicization, copycats and other assorted nightmares. Remember how the FBI not shutting the fuck up in 2016 may have influenced the election? The secret service does not play that shit. The theorists are reacting to an absence of information, and some of the redactions create the appearance of coincidences and oddities. Dude was shot at, unclear if the ear damage was done by bullet or by tackling. It was not staged, people died for reals.
On the firing of Comey: she theoretically can speak about the prosecution of Epstein as she likes, versus as a DOJ employee with restrictions. This feels clever, because anything she says can help Trumps narrative and get him off the hook. The best thing for her to do is say nothing. Being in the bubble, I am wondering if the Epstein thing is as big a scandal for Maga as the internet makes it out to be.
All the conspiracies i am in on are related to the horrific cabal that secretly runs the world known as the Wu Tang Clan, son.
Well, shit, that ain’t nothin’ to fuck with. but props for being involved in a conspiracy that’s actually for the children.
Spoiler When asked to comment by the WSJ, Trump threatened to sue them, and then a few hours later declared the Epstein files a "Democrat hoax."
I'm convinced you could release a tape of the two of them physically raping kids and fistbumping each other and it wouldn't matter to his base who'll say it's not big deal. Like not even call it fake, just say it's a non-issue for them.
Is there a way for both sides to lose? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/jul/18/trump-libel-lawsuit-wsj-dow-jones-rupert-murdoch
Trump is suing for $10 billion. That's 6 times more than Dominion sued for in a case where a concerted campaign of lies destroyed a nearly billion dollar company.
You've got to admire an individual who has been elected head of a large democracy has so much self confidence and belief that they have to eliminate any dissension. Oh, hang on, that's the definition of a dictator. My bad.
It absolutely isn't. Sure, some care. But if you've gone this far on Team MAGA, it isn't because you care a whole lot about facts/morals/principles/reality. Trump and his ilk have made a career out of hypocrisy. It's just not reasonable to believe that some huge portion of his fan base has suddenly realized this when they've gone a decade ignoring it.
I dont know I hang around some conservative "Maga" circles online and typically there are the die hards that parrot the president's talking points to the hilt. You typically see the emailed talking points spewed. Nobody outside of his inner circle are repeating any of the shit he's been trying to dodge with on this. This is a worlds difference then any other topic that has come up for 9 years for them. This doesn't mean any of them are anywhere close to supporting anyone else but him, or impeachment, or voting any other way but MAGA. This is a huge psychological shift even if it's not the amount of true infighting the traditional media has been hoping to play it as.
I mean, that's the ballgame, isn't it? I'm not saying it isn't being talked about. But his base is so entrenched in the cult of personality that it doesn't actually matter. Not in a real sense.
