No one cares really cares about anything. Republicans: "We care about families and children!" Won't improve social services or provide additional legal benefits like extending paternal/maternal leave, refuse to acknowledge women's health issues, would dump a non-aborted baby into society with zero safety net. Democrats: "We care about women's rights!" Never actually codify abortion, also won't extend social safety nets in any meaningful way, can't talk about women without sounding like mealy-mouthed retards.
Republicans finally got the serious act of violence they're going to use to justify a massive crackdown, and we didn't even get one of the MAGA freaks taken out in the bargain. What a shit deal.
