    So tonight I saw The Hangover: Part II. Since this isn't the movie review thread, I will just say that I thought it was funny, and followed the time-honored sequel creation formula of the 1980s and 1990s: if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Zach Galifianakis' character is basically the same as in the first film. We all know a guy (or girl) like this: you hang out with him/her even though he/she is wildly inappropriate at times, causes you grief, and generally is not someone you'd see yourself hanging out with. Yet there they are, right beside you, going to see The Hangover: Part II or whatever.

    FOCUS: Do you have an Alan in your life? Why do you hang out with him/her? What embarrassing things does he/she do while you're out?
